Listening to the body’s story through energy

Yet energy is an all-encompassing, totally natural phenomenon of both our existence, and the world’s. Every being and object are of energy and have a vibrational frequency. Is your frequency running high or low? Is it blocked? Do you even know? These are the inquiries to be explored, all the while knowing that energy can’t be destroyed, but is always in the process of being shifted and changed. Being that change is constant, there is much to explore, experience, and delve into.

Embracing the present to move forward
During the session, one will experience a laying of hands type of happening. There’s often a deep sense of relaxation, but also one may see colors or bright white light, feel energy moving throughout their body, gain clarity, have physical jolts of release, experience a sense of floating, and perhaps receive a message. CST is journey work. With each session, there will be expansion and deepening into the process. One will never have the same session experiences, as again, energy never stays the same. There’s an opportunity to become much more self-aware and learn how to work with one’s own energy, while discerning the energy of other people or situations. It’s to one’s great advantage to release that which doesn’t serve you. . Healing is truly an inside job. CST is often an impactful, as well as, transformative therapy to receive. Learning to embrace the present, while still moving forward.
